We are located on the river, 4 miles from Stanley’s in Matagorda, TX.

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath House House with passenger rated elevator for added convenience. Short drive to the beach or to town. Boat access to the bays or the gulf only minutes away.

Rental Rates
Rate: Daily $300 (min two nights) Weekly $1800

Fees: Cleaning $75

Garbage: Service Fee $50 plus $5 per bag

Pet Fee: $50

Deposit via Venmo, Paypal, and Credit Card within 7 days after booking

Payment in full must be received no later than 14 days prior to rental.

Deposit
$300 Security Deposit is required to guarantee your dates, this is not part of your rental fee and will be refunded to you after inspection of the property as long as there is no damage to the property or violation of the rules.

Pet Deposit $50

Rules: (see Rental Agreement for additional details)

Pets will be allowed on premises with prior approval. Additional deposit of $50 and fee of $50 required.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Should there be any smoking done outside,
all cigarette buts should be discarded when you leave the property.

It is the responsibility of the Renter to remove all trash from the property.
