Two large decks make this the ultimate location for family and friends to enjoy all that Matagorda Beach has to offer. Master with balcony is upstairs and features a queen size and daybed as well as a full bath. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and room for 4-5 to sleep comfortably along with another full bath. Dish TV, VCR, & a DVD player will entertain you while central A/C and ceiling fans keep you cool after a hot day on the beach. The large kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, & blender. Laundry facility available on the island, large clean pool with restrooms & showers, a catch & release fishing lagoon, and miles and miles of beach to explore.

Driving Directions:
From Austin: Take Bastrop Hwy East which becomes SR-71 East/South. Stay on SR-71 past El Campo. Look for FM 1468 15 miles South of El Campo. Turn left on FM 1468 to Markham. Turn left on SR-35 East. In Bay City turn right and Take SR-60 South to Matagorda.
From Houston: Take US-59 South to Wharton. Then take SR-60 south thru Bay City to Matagorda.
From San Antonio: Take I-10 East to SR-71 East/South. Stay on SR-71 past El Campo. Look for FM 1468 15 miles South of El Campo. Turn left on FM 1468 to Markham. Turn left on SR-35 East. In Bay City turn right and Take SR-60 South to Matagorda.

Reservations/Deposits:


Reservations with deposit required; We accept checks, money orders or cash.
Size of party must be included with reservation. Rates are based on six persons.

An advance deposit of $300 is required to confirm your reservation.
Upon arrival, it shall act as a security deposit during your stay.
Deposit is not refundable for cancellations.

No Smoking - No Pets:
No smoking inside the house is allowed. No pets are allowed.
