This
large 2 bedroom, 2 bath water front home sleeps 6-7 persons comfortably. Home
is fully furnished and features water frontage with lighted dock for night fishing
and room to dock your boat. There is a beautiful covered deck up as well as a
covered patio and screened area beneath home. Fish cleaning station has sink and
running water for cleaning your daily catch. There is a BBQ pit as well as a gas
grill for relaxing outdoor cooking or grilling. Amenities:
The kitchen has a stove, 2 ovens and everything you need for cooking. Dishwasher
and coffee pot are all provided. Linens and towels are provided. Washer and dryer
are available. We have satellite TV and wireless internet. You
Bring:
You provide your own drinking water,
charcoal, lighter fluid, insect repellent, beach towels, beach chairs, personal
toiletries and food. We are on the water – please bring life jackets for children.

Pets
allowed with prior approval
only.
Location:
We are located on the Colorado River, just 3.8 miles south of the swing
bridge. Matagorda Beach is just a few minutes from our home. East & West Bays
are just a short boat ride away.
Rental
Rates:
$250.00 a night - Two night minimum.
Weekly Rate: 7 days,
6 nights $1,200 Rates may change without notice - Ask
about our discounts.
Off season and long term rates available.

Reservations
and Deposits:
Advance reservations are necessary.
A deposit
of $300 is required to confirm your reservation.
Deposit is not refundable
for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
Deposit
Refunds:
Upon inspection of the property, deposit will be returned
within 10 days.
If any inventory is found to be missing, damaged, or destroyed,
entire deposit may be forfeited. Please respect our property
as if it were your own. Check-in
and check-out:
