RENTAL AGREEMENT

The house is limited to a maximum 4 adults and two minors allowed at any time.

No organized social events or parties that would intrude upon next door neighbors.

NO PETS

No smoking inside the house.  Smoking is permitted outside, but do not discard cigarette butts on deck or yard.
Please take your trash with you, as there is no garbage pick-up.

No Diving from pier or boatlift or anywhere on property.  The water is shallow.  
It is recommended for all non-swimmers to wear their life jackets while on pier or around water/river at all times.
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

No refunds for early departures or for weather related reasons.  

Check-in time is @ 4PM and check out time is @ 2:00PM.

A security deposit of $200.00 and a signed copy of this lease agreement are due no later than 7 days after your
reservation is made to secure your reservation.  Your security deposit will be returned to you within 10 days; 
upon inspection of the property.  All rents due must be paid in full prior to check in.  Deposit is non-refundable
for cancellations unless made 21 days prior to your arrival date. 

Your deposit may be forfeited for the following reasons:
1.  Any violation of the above rules
2.  You cancel your reservation less than 21 days of your arrival date.
3.   If there is damage to the property.

It is expressly understood and agreed that the owners of said premise will not be liable for any damage or
any injury to tenant, family or guest arising from the occupancy of said premise by tenant, family or guests.
